Hi, we are Jane & Jayne

We formed J2People in 2019, following successful HR careers in the corporate world. We both wanted to try something new and, over a coffee, our HR Consultancy, J2People was born, and we haven’t looked back.

With extensive experience in HR, in both public and private sectors, we have formed a strong partnership, building on our complementary skillsets, a passion for putting people at the heart of a business, and shared values of honesty, integrity and inclusiveness.


Our philosophy

Here’s a little bit about each of us..

Jane

Hello, I’m Jane Pimm. I am an employee relations and employment law specialist. I love working with clients to support resolving their employee issues – from personally investigating complex cases to providing support and coaching to leaders and HR Professionals on how to address arising issues in a positive and supportive way.

I will work with you to minimise risk to your business, reducing cost and time spent, and ensuring your culture and values are maintained. Having successfully led large-scale restructuring and redundancy programmes, I can also support you in navigating all your information and consultation requirements.

I am a Chartered Member of CIPD and have an MSc in Personnel Management and Business Administration. I achieved the CIPD Advanced Certificate in Employment Law early on in my career and have recently completed Daniel Barnett’s Virtual Employment Law Academy.


Jayne

Hello, I’m Jayne Rhodes and I am a specialist in change management and mediation. I have a collaborative and inclusive style and I am passionate about enabling people to be at their best. When things aren’t working in your business, I will help you diagnose the root causes and understand what is happening below the surface, developing solutions to address concerns and rebuild team effectiveness and performance.

I am an accredited mediator through ACAS and work directly with individuals and teams to help resolve difficult relationship issues and get your people back on track.

I am a Chartered Member of CIPD and have an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management.
